Returns Policy
At Anmora Gifts, each gift box and product is carefully checked before dispatch.
Returns
- We currently do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
- Since our products include jewellery and accessories, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.
Exceptions
In rare cases where all items are damaged during transit, a replacement may be considered. Requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery with a proper unboxing video. Keep all items (Including the invoice) in a package. Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
