We currently offer:

3. Do you offer customized or personalized gifts?
At the moment, we do not offer customization or personalization. All our gift boxes are carefully pre-curated.

4. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within India, starting with Bangalore.
We plan to expand to more locations soon.
5. How long does it take to process an order?
Orders are usually processed within 3–10 working days after payment confirmation.
6. How long will delivery take?
Delivery time depends on your location and the courier partner. While we try our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may sometimes occur due to external factors.
Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

No, Anmora Gifts follows a no-refund policy.
We request customers to review product details carefully before placing an order.
9. Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns once an order is delivered. This helps us maintain hygiene and quality standards for jewellery and accessories.
10. What if my order arrives damaged?
In rare cases where all items in the order are damaged due to transit, we may consider a replacement.
Conditions for replacement:
- Request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory
- Replacement approval depends on verification and stock availability
- Keep all items (Including the invoice) in a package
- Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
11. Is the unboxing video compulsory?
Yes. A proper unboxing video is required for any replacement request.
It helps us fairly evaluate courier-related damage.

Yes. All payments are processed through secure and trusted payment gateways. Anmora Gifts does not store your card or payment details.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
