There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.

- Anmora Gifts follows a strict no-refund policy.
Refunds are not offered for:

Replacement Policy (Special Cases)
Replacement may be considered only if:
- All items are damaged due to courier handling
- A clear, continuous unboxing video is provided
- The request is made within 24 hours of delivery
- Approval depends on verification and stock availability.
- Keep all items (Including the invoice) in a package
- Items that are damaged or altered once the tags are removed, may not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
- Please be sure that all items that are to be returned must be unworn and in their original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
